the Big Jubilee Lunch
Sunday, 05 June 2022
at 11am
Extra fun & frivolitea for those who come at 10am to help set up!Pamela's Tea Room, Garden Grove, York!
In keeping with the Jubilee Lunch tradition, this will be an uproarious affair held outdoors at long tables. Expect cheering, toasts, a quiz about Her Majesty's reign, door prizes, Union Jack paper plates, English Crackers and general silliness
$57.50 includes 3 finger sandwiches, a wee scoop of Coronation Chicken on salad greens, sausage roll bite, scone with jam & real English clotted cream, tea, party provisions (tax, tip, credit card fees)
Please consider bringing a suitable *individually portioned dessert for #8 to share (* i.e. nothing that requires a spoon or scooping out of a communal dish)
FYI, we are sure to need additional long tables and chairs. If you can bring any, you will undoubtedly curry favor with the queen. (For those who are interested, I looked up the capitalization of "the queen" and this seemed most right)
Suggested Dress ~ as British as you can get!
As with theatre tickets, reservations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend you are free to give your spot to someone worthy. By paying for a reservation you confirm your acceptance of this policy
